Job Description

Title: Executive assistant and research specialist
Summary: The Expansion Specialist plays a front line role in the monitoring of new opportunities for the executive team and licensing department throughout the US. This role is responsible for researching new cities and providing a complete report on market size, local laws, real estate available, competition, local non profits, and other useful insight. Using research tools and maintaining a high level of communication internally and externally this role will identify and engage these new market opportunities assisting the expansion team to be the number one operator in the US.
40% Executive Assistant work helping maintain a calendar, expense reports, travel bookings, emails, follow up calendar with contacts, researching political background, and community engagement activities. The ideal candidate would also help manage Executive social media accounts, light podcast/video editing, and help with creating presentations on Canva.
20% responding to sales messages on third party sales sites such as , OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and direct from the website.
40% Monitoring and maintaining a list of target cities and states for the pursuit of new business permits. Research will be done through municipal and state websites, news articles, phone calls/email to staff, Google, watching city council meetings, and other means to ensure the company is always up to date.
Qualifications:
? Extremely organized
? Excellent research and writing capabilities
? Superb verbal and written communication skills
? Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
? Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
? Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
? Available during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 3pm to 11pm pacific time (6am to 2pm Manila) but flexible as needed
?Social media management skills for personal accounts
?Able to do basic editing of a podcast/video and create presentation using Canva or Google Slides
