About Us:
Greg Walter owns a portfolio comprised of 63 rental property units. He also services another 8 property management units. He also owns and manages a Tiki Bar.
Role Description:
Greg Walter is seeking a diligent, high energy, high efficiency, high-powered executive assistant to add to his team. This person will work when up to 60 hours per week and accomplish as much as they possibly can in that time. There is near unlimited growth potential in this role over time.
The daily tasks will comprise of:
1. Correspondence. Reading, responding to and sorting emails, texts, and phone calls and other messages.
2. Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
a. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
b. Coordinate property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
c. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure property upkeep.
d. Market available properties and conduct tenant screenings and lease negotiations.
e. Monitor rent collection and assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
f. Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
g. Address any emergencies or issues that may arise.
h. Maintain and update property records, including leases, rental agreements, and maintenance schedules.
3. Manage social media to drive sales.
4. Make sales calls to sell corporate holiday parties.
5. Whatever else is necessary.
Requirements to apply:
– Minimum 5 years work experience and minimum 2 years as a manager or business owner.
– Willing to work US EST hours 9:30am to 8:30pm with an hour for lunch M-F, and 10:30am to 5:30 PM on Saturday (US-EST).
– Willing to be on call outside of a pre-determined black out time for sleeping, in case of time sensitive issues.
– Completely comfortable communicating in English.
– Organized and punctual.
– Self-motivated
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Bachelor’s degree with high scholastic performance.
