Job Description

We are actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Executive Assistant – Business Operations and Marketing. This versatile position involves providing comprehensive support, including managing and creating content, managing administrative tasks, creating and implementing SOPs, managing CRM, business development related tasks, and making updates to our website for our consulting and law firm businesses.

Responsibilities:

Website Management: Uphold the website’s timeliness and precision to supply visitors with current information. To enhance service promotion, we are in search of a skilled website developer to set up client information collection forms. Given our law firm’s procedures of information gathering, payment processing, and service execution, we need someone proficient in overseeing these duties. Additionally, assistance in crafting a marketing campaign to boost sales would be beneficial. We currently use Kajabi.
SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using provided training materials to ensure operational efficiency.
Lead Generation via LinkedIn: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, targeting universities and corporations to promote our services.
Logistics Coordination: Provide support in managing logistics for speaking engagements, including scheduling and coordination.
CRM Management: Effectively manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize and optimize client interactions.
SEO Implementation: Assist in implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales for our services.
Flexibility: Be willing to adapt and jump in on new tasks as needed for the dynamic needs of the business and our CEO who is a business, entertainment and trademarks lawyer as well as a professional speaker and content creator.

Qualifications

1. Website Management: Demonstrated experience in regularly updating and maintaining websites to ensure accuracy and currency of information.

2. Administrative Skills: Proficient in various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of both consulting and law firm businesses.

3. SOP Development: Proven ability to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using provided training materials for ensuring operational efficiency.

4. Lead Generation: Experience in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation, specifically targeting universities and corporations to promote services.

5. Logistics Coordination: Strong skills in providing support for managing logistics, including scheduling and coordination of speaking engagements.

Expertise: Effective management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize and optimize client interactions.

7. SEO Implementation: Proficient in assisting the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales for services.

8. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and jump in on new tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of the business and support the CEO, who is a business, entertainment, and trademark lawyer, as well as a professional speaker and content creator.
