Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to our CEO, you’ll be at the epicenter of our company’s growth trajectory. This isn’t your typical EA role; it’s an opportunity to be the right hand of a visionary leader, ensuring that our CEO’s time, energy, and efforts are maximized for impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a sounding board for the CEO on company strategy, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline executive processes and daily operations to ensure optimal productivity.
Communication Maestro: Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and effectiveness.
Calendar Wizardry: Organize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring a balance of internal, external, strategic, and operational commitments.
Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of company events, board meetings, and strategic offsites.
Project Management: Lead special projects that drive company growth and innovation.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.

Experience: 5+ years in an executive support role, preferably in the real estate or startup sector.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives with poise and determination.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid change with grace.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Mind: Ability to dissect complex issues and provide clear solutions.
Technical Aptitude: Setup basic automations using tools like Zapier & Airtable.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in modern office tools and software.
