Role
We are looking for a committed Executive Assistant and Community Support Coordinator who has strong attention to detail and loves the idea of being part of a growing community with purpose.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the administration of the business and community.

Tasks will include (but not limited to):
-Managing emails, calendar, and task list
-Support new member onboarding
-Monitor subscription payments
-Troubleshooting membership site access problems
-Ad hoc project support and management
-Content distribution as required across marketing channels
-Collaboration with marketing team
-Minor editing of videos and uploading/ organising /QA of the Membership Portal.
-Maintaining good file hygiene in Google drive / DropBox / Zoom and other tools
-General quality assurance tasks
-Organising member invitation to trainings/events
-Setting up email campaigns in Active Campaign
-Using and maintaining our project and task management tool (Click Up)
-Monitoring Facebook group
-Support with Event preparation and planning
-Customer journey support
-Research tasks related to events
-Lead management
-Using Canva to create simple worksheets/templates as needed
