Job Title: Executive Assistant – Community Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our mentees and contributing to the smooth operation of our online coaching program. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are looking to make a significant impact within the car rental business education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial onboarding for new mentees, ensuring they have all necessary information and access to resources to begin their journey with confidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
• Manage company emails, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle sensitive tasks such as processing refunds and resolving fraud disputes, requiring attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate and moderate Zoom calls and webinars, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly and participant engagement is maintained.
• Collaborate with the social media team to assist in community-related efforts, including content planning and audience interaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent English Language written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak clearly to US clients via phone calls. No exceptions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Zoom, webinar platforms, and social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for helping others and contributing to their success in the entrepreneurial space.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in English with excellent writing and speaking skills, as evidenced by previous work or certifications (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS if available).
• Proficient in using Google docs, kajabi and communication software such as MS Office, Zoom, and social media platforms.

?Critical Incident Report:
• “Write a report on how you would handle a critical incident where an upset mentee posts a public complaint on social media about the program.”

?In-Depth Process Explanation:
• “Explain the process you would follow to onboard a new mentee into the program, focusing on how you would personalize their experience
