Location: Remote
SALARY: $8 USD per hour
JOB TYPE: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

JOB SUMMARY:
We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Executive Assistant to the COO to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, including inbox and calendar management, making travel arrangements, and other tasks as may be necessary to facilitate the work of the COO. JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Manage and maintain email inbox and calendars
-Take notes and write minutes during meetings
-Conduct or prepare any research and organize data that the COO may require
-Maintain and manage contacts
-Collate and file expenses; manage databases and filing systems
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in secretarial or executive virtual assistant support
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
-Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
-Efficient, flexible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
-Well-developed time management skills.
-Must be proactive, and take initiative.
-Good knowledge of various software and the ability to learn company-specific software when required.
