The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our executive team by managing their business and personal calendars, overseeing the CRM system, onboarding new clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling ongoing administrative projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
A) Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage business and personal calendars for the executive team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all commitments are met.
Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

B) CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads and current client information.
Track client interactions and ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and provide insights on lead status and client engagement.
Client Onboarding:

C) Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide them with an overview of our services.
Ensure a smooth transition for clients into our system.
Client Satisfaction:

D) Monitor and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct follow-up communications to gauge client satisfaction and address any issues.
Implement strategies to improve overall client experience.
Administrative Projects:

E) Assist with ongoing administrative projects as assigned by the executive team.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.

AKK Tax & Accounting LLC is a virtual Real estate CPA firm helping clients all over the country with consulting in taxes, tax preparation and bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
– 1 year + Experience with client relationship management
– Familiarity with project management tools and software
– Extremely attention to detail

– Spanish-speaking is a plus

This is a part-time job that will turn into Full time.
