Position: Virtual Executive Assistant Customer Support
Work Hours: Flexible time, Singapore time zone
Starting salary: $700 ($650 for 3 months probationary)

Duties and responsibilities: As follows
Scheduling and Cold-Calling
Schedule appointments with buyers and/or sellers
Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication on qualified leads
Management of Contact Database
Enter new contact information
Update existing contact information
Log value activities performed by the contact owner
Track all Action items
Research management:
Perform various internet-based research
Perform prospect research
Social Media Engagement:
Replying to comments and inquiries.
Follow-up on qualified leads
Meeting Management
Create follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting owner
Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
Add or update calendar item
Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.
Requirement:
Experience working as remote/virtual Executive Assistant providing support to C-level personnel
Experience working on real estate customer support is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Consistent, Proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
