About the Position
We are looking for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Specialist to remotely join our small, but growing ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, be able to prioritize tasks, is business savvy, and work autonomously with sometimes minimal direction. They also can learn our business, our processes, and our products, and, with this knowledge, assist customers via email or chat. At our company, you will receive ample support from the rest of our team through the entirety of your role. In this role, you will be responsible for generic admin assistant tasks, but also, customer email management (or routing to the right team member), purchasing company supplies, creating & documenting processes, or managing small projects. Additionally, you will get the chance to not just follow processes, but improve them and make them better. You’ll play a key role in helping us build a foundation to accelerate business growth. You will need:
• Great attention to detail. Quickly knowing the details that matter. Having good habits of double checking work. Quick to catch and prevent mistakes.
• Ability to learn product details. We have a large catalog of golf cart parts & accessories. You will need to possess an in-depth knowledge of these products to ensure accuracy throughout all your work.
• Organization. There is a lot of moving pieces and many which require follow-up. All your work will need to be highly organized to not allow things to fall through the cracks.
• Customer-facing written communication skills. You will need to possess the tact and professionalism of interacting with customer requests or customer issues through email (or possibly chat)
• Comfort Delegating. There will be many tasks or customer issues that other team members will need to address. You will want to be comfortable asking others to complete tasks for you.
• Speed. Many tasks are time sensitive. You will need the ability to work quickly, and diligently, while making sure no errors are made
• Resourcefulness. Having the ability to creatively solve problems leveraging the resources around you.
• Proactiveness. The person who needs to wait to be told what to do is not a good fit. Instead, you will want to be proactive in figuring out how to accomplish tasks or add value.
• Shared values. To be a good fit, you’ll want to share in our company values of pursuing excellence, serving others, doing what’s right-always, being reliable, working diligently

Job hours are flexible times during the day, Monday through Friday, but will need at least 5 hrs of overlap time with our 9-5pm EST schedule.
