JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•A lot of the software mentioned—we can teach you how to use it.
•Be the right hand to our Membership & Operations Manager, providing support to Dreamers & Doers internal team and community members.
•Send out emails on behalf of the Membership & Operations Manager answering inquiries and corresponding with current and potential members.
•Perform extensive member operations tasks, including new member onboarding, payment/charging-related responsibilities, and updating information in our member database, including processing member payments using Chargebee.
•Coordinate events via email and manage behind-the-scenes logistics, including preparing event descriptions, handle back-end event creation (Luma and Wix events), and share these on Circle.
•Optimize Canva templates for community and event posts.
•Lightly edit and upload event recordings to YouTube.
•Leverage MailMerge/MailMeteor to send out member-wide emails.
•Prepare and send gifts to members.
•Create and update internal spreadsheets, including KPI tracking.
•Support with creating, managing, and organizing team-wide Asana tasks.
•Prepare our Monday week preview via Asana and share it with the team via Slack.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Minimum 2-3 years combined experience in customer-/people-facing roles that involve a lot of email communication, such as executive assistant, customer support or related fields.
•Minimum 1 year combined experience in operations and/or administrative roles that involve managing detailed processes with accuracy such as executive assistant, virtual assistant, operations support, digital marketing manager or related fields.
•Minimum 2 years experience working late night shifts until roughly 2AM Philippine Standard Time is highly preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey your ideas with clarity, persuasion, and authenticity.
•Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy allow you to produce high-quality work that matches the team’s high standards and goals.
•You excel at self-management, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in a fully remote work environment.
•You’re an independent thinker who can devise innovative solutions for challenges.
•You have good eye for visuals and ability to design impactful visuals (with help of templates)
•Exceptional decision-making skills enable you to make sound choices and drive effective and proactive problem-solving.
•Ability to follow instructions with precision.
•Bonus if you’re highly adept in navigating spreadsheets.
•Confidence in adopting new tech and tools. Our diverse suite of online tools requires you to adapt with minimal training (bonus points if you have experience with multiple tools), including but not limited to Mailchimp, Canva, Google Suite (Drive/Docs/Sheets), Asana, Wix, Missive, Circle, MailMeteor, Chargebee, Typeform, and more.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week
•Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 6AM EST to 2 PM EST // Mondays to Fridays 6PM to 2AM PHT
•Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – PHP 60,000 monthly. Depending on experience.
