Job Description:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for cybersecurity and a flair for marketing and sales support? If so, ZEPSEC is looking for you! We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide invaluable support to our CEO. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, while also contributing to our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Assist in email management and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Email Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Develop compelling email content and messages to engage and nurture leads.
Monitor email campaign performance, track metrics, and provide insights for optimization.

Telemarketing:
Assist in telemarketing activities, including making outbound calls to potential clients.
Identify and qualify leads through phone calls, gather valuable information, and follow up on leads.
Maintain a database of contacts and update information as needed.

Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales documents and contracts.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms.
Comfortable with telemarketing and customer outreach.
Familiarity with sales support and CRM systems.
Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software and tools.
An understanding of cybersecurity or the willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
