We are looking for someone who could help our CEO be super organised and to keep up with planning him schedule better, supporting his clients (namely on client communication and the overall client experience) better. To work well within his team. To be very anal/OCD with project management. Someone who can figure things out/does not need him to hold their hand. Someone who will manage him – is not afraid to speak up, push him, etc. Someone with a very positive attitude and can work within the tools and systems they use efficiently.
If you are best at:
– Great verbal and oral communication is a must
– Following up with other team members on status of tasks
– Creation of SOP’s
– Creation of short presentations
– Meeting Minutes
– Creation of action plans
– Handling schedule – personally and professionally
– Assist with web copy, and light design
– Assist with a travel schedule
– Assist with digital marketing – IG reels, FB copy, email marketing
– Digital course support – marketing, content creation, etc.
– Graphic design is a plus
– Assist with purchasing products
Note: Knowledge of All Microsoft programs/G Suite, Wix, Trello, Zoho CRM is a plus
hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. (Monday -Friday)
