As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team remotely. This position often involves working independently and requires a high degree of initiative, discretion, and professional judgment. Your primary role is to ensure that the executive’s day-to-day operations are smooth, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making and leadership responsibilities.

Email Management:
Handle email correspondence, filter and prioritize important emails.
Draft responses or manage email marketing campaigns as required.
Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Manage calendar entries, send reminders, and follow-ups for upcoming events.
Coordinate schedules with other executives, clients, and collaborators.
Client Communication:
Act as a first point of contact: deal with correspondence and phone calls.
Manage communications on behalf of the executive.
Document Preparation and Management:
Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important company documents.
Online Presence and Personal Branding:
Assist in managing the executive’s professional profile on various platforms.
Update bio/profile information and maintain a consistent personal brand.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing virtual and physical meetings, conferences, and other events.
