(B) Overview
We’re currently looking for Executive Assistants (EAs) to help our agency and our client’s business.

This is a remote position, and as an Executive Assistant (EA), your top main responsibilities will be:

1. Mend the company email and phone (i.e. Reply to messages and Answer phone calls) within 8 working hours
a. Follow up with leads queries
b. Cross-check if payments are in from clients

2. Assist in helping HR and finance Administrative recurring work

3. Enhance customer buying journey by checking in on their satisfaction with our services
a. Document client’s communications
b. Remind the AM of missed chats and/or emails
c. Assist in compiling and reminding overdue tasks (client-side and internally)
d. Assist in preparing the weekly/monthly reports

(C) Requirements
Minimum of 1 year relevant, administrative and customer support experience in GoHigh Level or Shopify
