**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team, primarily in the areas of event management and sales support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing and setting up events, particularly lectures or workshops, and who is comfortable with outreach, appointment setting, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate and manage various events, including webinars and workshops.
– clean and manage inbox for supervisor
– Conduct initial research for leads and perform outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms.
-Set up and manage basic CRM for leads and customers
– Handle initial scheduling and logistics for events.
– Research networking opportunities and manage outreach for event participation.
– Follow up with event attendees for discovery calls and workshop scheduling.
– Manage administrative tasks related to events, such as attendee information and workshop materials.
– Assist in customer success management, ensuring follow-ups and support post-workshops.
– Develop and maintain a pipeline for potential development contracts following events.
– Provide executive assistance, including coordinating and managing communications on behalf of the executive team.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in event management, sales support, and lead generation.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and outreach abilities, including proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Comfortable with remote work and available for occasional travel (if necessary).
