Job Overview:
In this unique remote role, you will serve as an essential support system for our CEO’s business and family commitments. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing business schedules to managing family events, and critically, acting as a daily guide and accountability partner to ensure our CEO sticks to a predetermined schedule.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that scheduling conflicts are minimized.
Attend virtual meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Prepare business documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Act as a coach by providing daily motivation and ensuring the CEO adheres to the predetermined schedule.
Family Coordination:
Coordinate family events, appointments, and activities.
Oversee school schedules, pet appointments, and other family commitments.
Serve as the bridge between business and family communications.
Aid in planning family trips, holiday events, and special occasions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Proficient in , Google Calendar, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High regard for confidentiality.
Prior experience in family management tasks is a bonus.
Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and approachable demeanor.
Other Details:
This is a part-time, remote position.
We will likely work together during the hours of 8:00 am – 1pm CST(Chicago, Illinois). You should be available during standard business hours, with occasional requirements in the evenings or weekends.
