Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and organized Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day operations for our AI consulting firm and our YouTube channel. This role involves handling business development, social media management, and various operational tasks that arise in a dynamic environment.

Potential for growth and raises 2 times per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media and Content Management:

1. Manage social media platforms and YouTube channel.
2. Schedule content, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics.

Business Development:

1. Identify and contact potential sponsors for the YouTube channel.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors.
3. Negotiate sponsorship deals and agreements.
4. Engage with potential clients and partners, and manage client relationships.

Client Engagement for AI Consulting:

1. Research and reach out to potential clients for AI consulting services.
2. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
3. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.

Daily Operations:

1. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
2. Address unexpected operational challenges, adapting strategies as needed.
3. Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in business development and social media management.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
3. Excellent communication abilities and familiarity with social media and content management tools.
4. Proactive and self-motivated.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Occasionally be available to work on the weekends and be available to work on short-notice
7. Provide daily reports on progress towards the tasks and objectives

Work Environment:

1. Remote position with flexibility in hours.
2. Requires adaptability to handle a range of tasks and challenges.
3. Regular virtual meetings with the team and clients will be required.
