Hello!

I am looking for a tech-savvy full-time Executive Assistant that can be my right-hand person and a very important person in my businesses. This is not a flex job – You will begin working 30 hours per week Eastern Standard Time (US Hours), 6 days per week. Within 30 days if you do a great job, you will get a raise and start a full-time position with a salary. You must have very great attention to detail and make minimal mistakes. I need you to be someone who can follow step-by-step directions, but can think for yourself when necessary.

AVAILABILITY – You must be available and responsive every day from 8am EST to 10pm EST, 6 days per week, even though you may not be actively working on tasks at all hours of the day. Your workload should amount to around 8 hours per day, 48 hours per week.

Some of the skills/experience that you should posses:
1. Communication & Customer Service
2. Organization Skills
3. Excellent English fluency (text & phone calls)
4. Google Docs, GCal, Gmail, & Google Voice
5. Property Management
6. Airbnb, Vacation Rentals

An initial preview of the responsibilities & tasks are as follows (there will be more, but this will give you a general sense of the roles & responsibilities):

Airbnb/Hipcamp Guest Communication
– You will be responding to guest messages and inquiries, and documenting all guest inquiries as you receive them.
– You will be reporting maintenance issues communicated by the guests or cleaners and forwarding them to the operations manager (me).
– You will document all guest feedback into a feedback report.
– Responding to guest reviews
– Communicating with cleaners

Property Management and Administration
– I will have you create new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) from my Screen Recordings that I send to you.
– You will monitor my Google Voice text messaging inbox, communicating with renters, routing maintenance issues, and scheduling meetings/phone calls.
– You will review and pay recurring contractor invoices (cleaners, lawn care).
– You will respond to inquiries from potential renters on FB Messenger.
– I will have you generate and send Rental Lease Agreements to new renters.

Bookkeeping and Finances:
– I will need you to download credit card and bank statements on a monthly basis and create a monthly expense report using a template.
– You will sort business transactions on a weekly basis using quickbooks.
– You will need to purchase certain items for me on a recurring basis online (e.g. Amazon purchases, groceries, etc.)

Email / Calendar / Meetings:
– You will check my emails & respond on my behalf when necessary.
– You will filter my emails each day and create action items based on the emails that need my attention.
– You will send calendar meeting invites to people and schedule meetings/calls.
