At SheCEO Virtual Assistant Agency, we are searching for a virtual assistant for a permanent part-time role of 24 hours a week over 3 days.

This position has the potential to become full-time across several of our clients. Salary: 240 PHP per hour, paid per fortnight (bi-weekly).

We are seeking an extremely organized and autonomous Executive Assistant to support the owner of two businesses. This role combines general administrative duties with higher-level executive assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and enhancing the business owner’s efficiency.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, edit, and analyze reports for inconsistencies and accuracy.
Schedule and manage appointments for both businesses and personal commitments.
Conduct background research, obtain quotations for services, and support grant applications.
Handle general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Assist in developing business strategies and initiatives.
Format documents professionally for internal and external use.
Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring correct timesheet entries.
Enter and process data accurately.
Follow up with customers, conduct quality surveys, and manage customer relationships.
Brainstorm and create workflows for client and employee onboarding experiences.
Create minimal content and generate organic leads.
Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram profiles, and seek out new leads.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience working as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA).
Experience in managing a team is ideal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent word processing and Excel skills.
Data processing expertise.
Familiarity with Xero and payroll processes is ideal but not essential.
Experience with CRM systems (Insight CRM, HubSpot) and MailChimp is a plus.
Knowledge of PDF Suite is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills to read and identify errors within reports and documents.
Initiative and autonomy in task management.
Confident in expressing ideas and suggestions.
Easy-going and outgoing personality.
Excellent typing and English language skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Start date: July 1 ideally
Day & hours: 8:30 – 5 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (potential to become more) inclusive of half hour break = 8 paid hours each day = 24 paid hours each week

SALARY:
Pay: 240PHP/hour (paid fortnightly – 48 hours paid fortnightly)
Bonuses: 13th month plus 6-weekly KPI (10% of pay)
