Dre’s content has been viewed over 100 million times. His daily Work On Your Game Podcast has over 2,600 episodes and over 6.8 million listeners.
Dre had a 9-year professional basketball career, playing in 8 countries. Dre’s framework is the “roadmap in reverse” for professional mindset, strategy, systems and execution.

Role (Overview of the Position)
You are responsible for assisting the CEO with anything and everything, being a second set of eyes and ears, and doing anything necessary to remove pressure and noise from the life of the CEO. Anything you can do to make the CEO’s life easier, you do it.
1) Lead Generation – Source and Contact Leads for guest Media Appearances, Professional Speaking opportunities, and Consulting
2) Content Management – Schedule and manage email, blog and social media content
3) Documentation – Continually update document our processes
4) Process Management – Use systems to maintain smooth workflows

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role – all listed tasks are subject to change)

• Client-centric mission – reinforce the client-centric mission with our team so that we make certain that we are moving towards our long-term outcomes.
• Support the CEO in executing his vision and growing the business.
• Managing CEO’s written content and email automation funnels
• Managing CEO’s calendar and productivity, travel, and logistics as needed
• Project handoffs; once created, facilitating the implementation and management of said projects.
• Noting, creating and documenting every process in the business
• Taking tasks off the hands of the CEO as-necessary
• Identifying roles that need to be hired for and managing the prospecting and hiring process
• Creating a system for addressing what needs additional support
• Developing a system for managing all important information related to travel (ex. Hotels, seat preference, traveler number, rental car)
• Proofing the calendar weekly (verifying appointments, verify time, checking links, etc.)
• Protecting the calendar and creating efficiencies and processes around how to schedule and why to ensure the CEO is spending his/her best use of time
• Reviewing and creating submission forms for speaking opportunities (podcasts, meetings, stages) and which ones are appropriate to pursue
• Update and review CEO Metrics to identify trends
• Help scale systems and processes to hold departments accountable
• Researching/fact-checking
• Looking for opportunities to make the CEO’s life easier by taking things off CEO’s plate
• Learning the preferences and way of thinking of the CEO
• Understanding the limitations of the CEO and developing solutions around those limitations
Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

• Learn every aspect of the business, who we serve and how
• Taking over items in CEO’s life to better position CEO to perform work that only the CEO can do
• CEO is spending more time working ON the business — rather than IN the business
• Business processes are documented, easily followable and predictable
• Learn how the CEO thinks and processes, begin to anticipate needs and be proactive
• Acting as a sounding board for the CEO

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• Minimum 2 years Executive Assistant Experience
• Familiarity with G-Suite / Workspace Apps, WordPress, AirTable, CRM, ClickFunnels, All Social Platforms & Scheduling Applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent English) is a MUST
• Ability to emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team
• Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO
• Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
• Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills
• Ability to assess company based on data
• You will work to decrease the noise of the CEO and be his barrier
