Hey there!

We are a rapidly growing Shopify agency specializing in eCommerce solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help drive our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Email Management:
• Filter and organize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses to urgent and important messages.
• Flag and prioritize emails that require the attention of the executive team.

LinkedIn Management:
• Respond to messages and connection requests on LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential leads and partners.
• Share relevant content and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services.

Lead Generation and Research:
• Research potential leads using various online platforms and tools.
• Create and maintain a database of prospects, including contact information and relevant details.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target market and ideal client profile.

Presentation and Document Assistance:
• Assist in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal meetings.
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct research and gather data to support the development of proposals, reports, and other materials.

Calendar and Scheduling Management:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Ensure clear communication of agenda and logistics to all attendees.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, as necessary.

General Administrative Support:
• Provide ad-hoc support for various projects and tasks, as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce industry is a plus.
IDEALLY, you can work within the CEST timezone.
