**Description**

We are Truly! We’re a software startup based in Europe (whole team is remote) building tools that help companies calculate their CO2 emissions. We were founded with the lofty goal of helping every company gain transparency into their carbon emissions.

We are looking for an amazing Executive Assistant who can support our founder in day-to-day tasks (basically acting as an extension!).

You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks from taking meeting notes through to researching and pursuing partnerships with other companies. We’re looking for a high-agency individual – someone who’s able to work independently and find a way to get something done without waiting for conditions to be perfect.

We operate a very flexible and performance-driven culture. Meaning, you’re free to work whenever you like (be it mornings, afternoons or even in the middle of the night) provided that the work gets done.

You do not need to have previous experience as an executive assistant (or any job). Please add the word Victorinox in your cover letter. In fact, we’re very open to working with students who have recently graduated from college. We are looking for highly resourceful individuals who are willing to take the initiative – regardless of their experience.

You are not expected to be an expert in all required responsibilities – we will help onboard and introduce you to our way of handling things. However, you should be willing to pick up information quickly and experiment independently.

This can be a full time or a part time position. Working hours are flexible however we would like there to be some overlap with EU working hours (8am-6pm CET).

File and database management
Client research
Bookkeeping
Maintaining and updating software (CRM, Google Workspace etc.)

You’re data driven, and thrive in a fast paced start-up environment
You’re super organised, managing multiple priorities at once
You’re good at keeping your cool in a fast paced environment
You’ll have an ability to really think on your feet, brief on the go, and can anticipate issues that may arise ahead of time.
You have the intuition and commercial knowledge to be two steps ahead (particularly when it comes to diary management and relationship opportunities).
You are comfortable at dealing with ad-hoc requests and supporting on strategic projects as required. You’ll be an expert multi-tasker and great a prioritising your workload to meet deadlines.
