WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant! This is a remote (work-from-home) position. You will be working directly with our founder, Mark, to help manage day-to-day tasks and relieve some of the general workload from his plate.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling, calendar management, and sending meeting confirmations.
• Manage sales email inboxes and schedule sales calls
• Help prepare research briefs for clients
• Update KPI tracking sheets
• Posting social media content
• Oversight of project management to make sure tasks are completed
• Arrange bookings and accommodations for business trips.
• Draft SOPs and come up with workflows for recurring tasks

SALARY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
Project Manager starts at $1000/month, raising to $1400/month after 6 months
• There is an additional $300 in performance bonuses available each month
• You’ll work alongside the CEO as you get up to speed
• You’ll have the opportunity for consistent pay rises as you become more capable
• This will be based on your ability to take away more tasks from the CEO

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Organisation & Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for making sure that the CEO doesn’t miss important meetings, emails, or activities as well as checking the wider team is executing their tasks. This requires care and attention. You may have multiple projects to switch between on any given day and should be able to jump into each one.

Proactive Mindset: The core of your job is to free up the CEO’s time. You should be able to proactively assess the work that needs to be done or identify problems and tackle them without being asked. We need someone who is willing to “figure it out” and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But you’re expected to try and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

Excellent Communication: One of the most important aspects of this role is being there when needed. You should be responsive and timely with communication. You can share key information clearly and concisely, ensuring that you keep everyone up to date with what is going on.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience being an executive assistant (in a remote environment).
Proficiency in using tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
Ability to work on UK time zone 9-5 GMT
Confidence to work independently and efficiently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
A cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
