Executive Assistant for Growing E-Commerce Brand

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate should be responsible, self-motivated, and possess excellent problem-solving skills without requiring much hand-holding. Chinese language skills are highly preferred, though we are open to considering candidates who excel in other areas. Responsibilities:

– Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
– Update spreadsheets and other documents on a regular basis
– Keep project records updated
– Repurposing and scheduling content
– Influencer outreach and management
– Managing social media community
– Use ChatGPT to make blogs and newsletters
– Communicate effectively with suppliers and other relevant parties
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

– Exceptional attention to detail
– Highly responsible and able to consistently meet deadlines
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
– Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Proactive mindset and able to take initiative on projects
– Outstanding organizational skills, allowing for efficient multitasking
– Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
– Proficiency in the Chinese language is highly preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates
