Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO in driving the success of our VA Staffing Company.
This is a fast-pacced, strategic role for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for the staffing industry. As the CEO’s right-hand person, you will be responsible for managing their time and information flow, acting as a strategic advisor, and overseeing key projects and initiatives. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and ensuring the CEO has the support they need to achieve their vision.

Work will be on USA time zone and work from home set up.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Anticipate needs, proactively gather information, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
Draft correspondence, speeches, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidential information and manage sensitive requests with discretion.
Help with Business Development initiatives and campaigns as this is a key part of CEO’s role

Strategic Initiatives:
Partner with the CEO to develop and implement key strategic initiatives.
Conduct research, analysis, and due diligence to support strategic decision-making.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to the CEO.
Organizational Effectiveness:
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement process enhancements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the staffing industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, executive-level support role.
Staffing or recruitment backgound is beneficial
Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and initiatives.
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Industry:
Deep understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment trends is preferred.
