Position Summary:
Chubby Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Partner, Dawei Zhao. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance, who is also adept at communication and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the CFO with accounting tasks, including transaction reconciliation and categorization, as well as reviewing financial statements.
-Utilize advanced AI tools such as CHAT GPT to optimize operational efficiency and support decision-making.
-Handle communications and correspondences, ensuring professional and timely responses on behalf of the CFO.
-Manage and oversee the CFO’s personal brand presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling for YouTube and TikTok.
-Understand and engage with the Chinese language in business settings (proficiency preferred).
-Work closely with the CFO to manage emails, coordinate projects, and engage in strategic business discussions.
-Commit to learning the ins and outs of Chubby Group’s projects, offering effective support and insights.
-Demonstrate a long-term commitment to growing with the company and the CFO over the next decade.

Qualifications:
-Experience in financial management or as an executive assistant in a finance-focused role.
-Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and general ledger maintenance.
-Skilled in using AI for business applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
-Strong communication abilities and experience managing executive-level correspondence.
-Social media savvy, with experience in content creation and digital brand management.
-Ability to converse and/or write in Chinese is a significant advantage.
-Availability to work 180+ hours per month, with the flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

Compensation:
-A fixed monthly salary reflective of the commitment and skills required.
