Executive Assistant for the Finance Dept

Dr Espen Enterprises is a fast-growing events company in Australia

We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant who is an ambitious and hard-working professional, able to work from home and who will be responsible for assisting our Finance Team through initiatives like administrative, support, and team & finance management tasks, thereby allowing leadership to focus on the biggest opportunities at hand.

Location: You can work from anywhere you want, as our entire team is virtual across the globe.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

– At least 2 years of experience successfully being a virtual assistant, with a proven track record of saving time and keeping things organized and on track.
– A strong understanding of online technologies, including but not limited to Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc.), Google Mail, Google Calendar, Project Management Platform (ideally Trello), Social Media, CRM, etc.
– Have confidently interacted with internal and external parties as it relates to the CFO’s daily communications, scheduling and requirements.
– A proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
– Background in bookkeeping/accounting
