You’ll be working directly alongside the CEO and taking on exciting tasks to help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:
– Guest Communication: Engage with guests using platforms such as Hostaway, Email, and WhatsApp, and utilize ChatGPT to translate between English and German, ensuring all communications are polished and professional.
– Financial Management: Take charge of extensive financial tasks including invoice generation, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, along with preparing homeowner financial statements.
– Administrative Duties: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage property listings, update information online, and handle daily outreach and cold acquisition emails.

Regular Tasks:
– Provide assistance to guests by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
– Create engaging emails and property descriptions using the latest AI tools.
– Ensure timely payment of invoices and city taxes.
