Executive Assistant for Video Editing Company

We are a real estate video editing company and we are in search of an executive virtual assistant(s) to both handle our everyday customer service questions and real estate video editing revisions (cut, edit, quality check, and color correct clients real estate videos to our standards.)

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including . This position requires the candidate to work between 10:30 AM to 6 PM CST 7 days/week and must have excellent spoken/written English.

The successful client MUST use Final Cut Pro X as our night time editors use Final Cut and will provide project files for you to utilize in the case of a revision.

BONUS OPPORTUNITIES are available! You will be able to edit full videos for $10 / video if the opportunity comes

REQUIREMENTS:
– Quality communication with our clients, including confirmation of revisions received, confirmation of projects completed.
– Quality and quick communication with me via slack.
– Close attention to detail of clients notes for each video.
– Quality editing with fast turnaround for revisions.
– Sufficient English to read and understand client notes.
– Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X. Ability to cut and sync video clips to music, color correct, and add text overlays.
– Quality revisions during work hours with quick turnaround.
– Prompt and accurate responses to Slack messages.
– Fast internet upload and download speeds.
