Job Description

The client is an entrepreneurial business coach why works with high-performing entrepreneurial business owners, executives and teams to ensure full accountability which means they meet obligations, goals, promises and commitments made to others and to themselves.

He is looking for a self motivated, organised professional who will keep his administration running well, seamless and be on top of everything and proactive so he can focus on business development.

Roles and Accountabilities:
Key duties include transcription, social media management, inbox and calendar management.

• Communicating with clients via text and email
• Transcription of meeting recordings
• Distribution of meeting minutes and action items
• Manage calendars, inboxes
• Helping coordinate events, venues, suppliers etc
• Managing Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp, and other marketing tools
• Curating content for social media blogs
• Creating social media graphics, writing weekly articles
• Updating and managing content of social media
• Social Media Engagement

Software/Platforms
Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Apple Keynote*, Google Docs, DropBox, .pdf editors*, Photoshop*, Illustrator*, Indesign*, G-Mail, G-Suite, Google Calendars, Calendly, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Trello, Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. *Desired, but not essential

The role is Australian AEST timezone
It is Fulltime – 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
To apply, you must be able to totally focus on this client for the 8 hours without distractions.

Laptop/Desktop with decent noise cancelling headset and webcam
Quiet and private workspace
