Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO in all aspects of their role. This position requires a unique blend of administrative, creative, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication abilities and a passion for marketing. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing the CEO’s productivity, and contributing to our sales and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging blog posts, social media content, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Craft persuasive sales copy, create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, and develop effective cold email outreach campaigns.
Design eye-catching graphics using Canva for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Sales and Support:
Provide support and sales assistance through website chat and email.
Manage customer inquiries and support requests via our support system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Build and maintain sales reports and tracking information.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing and operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage the CEO’s project calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation and deadline management.
Email and Calendar Management:
Manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritize correspondence, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and conflicts are minimized.
Sales Follow-Up:
Handle sales follow-up activities, maintaining communication with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support as needed, including document preparation, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
Copywriting:
Create and edit content for blogs, social media, sales letters, and other marketing materials.
Please make sure all copy is on-brand, persuasive, and optimized for SEO where applicable.
Operational Efficiency:
Handle various operational tasks to make the CEO more productive and streamline business processes.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential clients to inform marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and style.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
– Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software.
– Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and marketing tools.
– Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
Additional Requirements:
Must be available to work 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
