Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who can perform a variety of administrative tasks while developing and executing engaging visual content for our marketing initiatives, website, and media platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with ease, while also having extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and a strong background in creating blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Communication: Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings. Take detailed minutes and follow up on action items.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects. Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Internal Communication: Regularly contact internal staff, team members, brand ambassadors, and athletes to coordinate and gather marketing content. Help organize the delivery of many moving parts in projects and campaigns.
• Customer and Distributor Liaison: Contact customers and distributors on behalf of the executives to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
• Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Design and Branding: Develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity for digital and print media.
• Marketing Materials: Create graphics for various marketing channels, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog graphics, and promotional materials.
• Website Management: Design and update website graphics, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly visual experience.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns and product launches.
• Content Creation: Design and layout engaging blogs, articles, and other written content with accompanying visuals.
• Email Marketing: Create visually compelling email newsletters, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, web development, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in another administrative role, and as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or media-focused role. Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
• Education: Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in Canva.
• Experience with website design and management.
