Position: Executive Assistant/Insurance Sales Assistant

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Salary: $5/hour (EST)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Insurance Sales Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
– Answer Inbound Calls and Notate Client Interaction: Handle incoming calls from clients and prospects; Document and notate client interactions accurately for future reference.
– Manage and Maintain Calendars, Appointment Setting: Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members; Set up meetings and appointments using MS 365 calendar.
– Handle Administrative Tasks: Follow up with clients regarding pending tasks and appointments; Make billing status calls and assist in resolving billing inquiries; Conduct cold calls to prospects and assist in lead generation.
– Complete Word Processing Tasks: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
– Research and Underwriting: Conduct research on insurance products, market trends, and competitors; Assist in underwriting processes and data gathering
– Maintain and Manage Customer Contacts: Update and manage customer databases and contact lists; Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
– Forward Documents and Correspondence: Distribute documents and correspondence to clients and lenders promptly.
– Gather and Enter Data for Home and Auto Quotes: Collect necessary information for home and auto insurance quotes accurately
– Create Quote Proposals: Prepare quote proposals for prospects based on gathered data; Forward quote proposals to potential clients for review.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
– Strong communication skills and comfortable with phone calls.
– Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and Outlook.
– Familiarity with insurance agency tech tools such as Agency Zoom, Nowcerts, , Insurgrid, and PlanRadar.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Note: Training will be provided for using specific insurance agency tech tools if necessary.
