We are a boutique web design agency based in New Orleans, LA, offering bespoke web designs, digital marketing consulting, and social media management services. Our agency is dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing team by assisting with social media content creation, graphics, reporting, client communications, and engagement on Facebook and Instagram. We hold weekly team meetings via Zoom, and it is essential for the candidate to participate actively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must work during US Central Time.
• Client Communication: Prepare and send performance reports, content requests, and address questions or concerns (we will help you)
• Create engaging ORIGINAL content: We have 7 SM clients. We need a good writer that does not rely on AI copywriting. We use detectors for AI and plagiarism.
• Social media graphics: Create visually appealing images using Canva Pro or Adobe Stock for client social media posts.
• Reels creation for social media campaigns
• Content research: Explore content ideas and trends for client social media accounts
• Post scheduling: Schedule client posts and customize content for each platform
• Social media engagement: Actively engage with clients’ social media accounts to foster follower growth.
• Weekly Zoom meetings: Attend team meetings to provide updates and collaborate with the team.
• Administrative tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as required.

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in Canva, Asana, and Slack.
• Previous experience in social media management (at least 2-5 years). NO EXCEPTIONS.
