We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is highly motivated, dedicated with a positive attitude and ready to join our team in our fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency.
We are a boutique Website Designer and Content Marketing Agency focused on helping Coaches and Consultants to succeed. Based in Canada, we work with clientele located in Canada, USA, and Australia who are developing their coaching business and relying on our skills to create their websites, branding, logos, social media, blogging, and email marketing planning.
In this role as an Executive Assistant and Marketing VA, you will be responsible for supporting and working on the following responsibilities:
-Working closely with our CEO / Creative Director and our Social Media and Content Manager, you will support these 2 managers, creating projects/tasks based on meetings and objectives.
-As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for Email Inbox Management (Google), Calendar Management (Google), and Project Management Using Trello.
-Preparing invoicing reports monthly, company timesheets and accurately recording client costs and expenses.
-Project management for our client marketing projects by coordinating different team members, copywriters, designers and website developers to deliver on time.
-Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
-Creating and maintaining documentation for various projects and processes, including developing SOPs to ensure all procedures are standardized and streamlined.
-Coordinating with external vendors and partners.
-Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualifications into this role:
-Communication mainly takes place through email. Occasionally, Zoom meetings are also required.
-Advanced knowledge of both spoken and written English is required.
-Excellent knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Suite.
-2+ years of experience as a Virtual VA, or in marketing or a related field with the ability to work independently and remotely.
-Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, including content marketing, email marketing, membership and online course marketing.
-BONUS: You have experience working in Trello, Kajabi, WordPress, Hubspot, Mailerlite, Canva, Loom, Keap/Infusionsoft, Woocommerce, and various other marketing and email management platforms.

Please also note, we offer a benefit program once you have reached 6 months in this role and we also honor all Filipino holidays as well. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, open to varied time schedules and a fully remote working position.
