EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for MARKETING AGENCY
Starts Part time. 20 hours a week (Hoping to go full-time in 3-6 months)
Salary. $300-$450 a month. (Full time salary at $550 – $900 Salary)
ABOUT FALTER MEDIA
Falter Media is a video marketing agency founded in 2020. We serve clients all across the world producing daily social media content for them. I love employing Online Filipino Specialists. I have worked with over a dozen VAs in the last 2 years (mostly video editors) and 2 employees have been with me full-time since 2021!
3 ESSENTIAL SKILLS
– 1 Communication. I like working with homies. haha. The VAs I keep are great at writing and reading english, and being open, honest and authentic. We get our best work done (and bless each others lives in the process) when we can communicate well as teammates!
– 2 Personal Assistant Experience. I would prefer someone with at least 2 years of full-time VA experience.
– 3 Writing Experience. This job may require messaging people on social media on my behalf, emailing or onboarding clients through email, seo or blogging, caption writing, etc. I definitely need someone who is comfortable writing (without relying on chatgpt – though we do use this tool in neat ways in our company).
JOB DESCRIPTION
I want this to grow into a full time role. This is my first time hiring a jack of all trades executive assistant. I imagine the job will start out with a few common tasks like:
a. Downloading large video files from clients and uploading them to our company drive. Organizing the drive and project sheet
b. Scheduling posts to social media in posting management software.
c. Finding and applying to podcasts or local speaking opportunities for me to be a guest.
But I want it to grow into a position where I trust you to take on even more tasks for me, such as helping me manage my email and calendars, payroll twice a month, blogging management, some minor project management, generating reports using our analytics software, various chatgpt tasks, onboarding clients using templated emails, sending invoices and contracts and more…
