This position is the direct assistant to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our CEO’s schedule, completing administrative tasks, and utilizing an array of technological tools to promote efficiency. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executives
Manage projects and assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Manage budgets and expenses, including tracking spending and preparing reports
Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion
Provide the CEO with support in all areas of his work.
Organize CEO’s routine business & personal activities.
Organize CEO’s schedule.
Plan and prepare documents & presentations for meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
Starting Salary: The starting salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
Work Hours: This is a full-time position with regular working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
Must be comfortable on the phone making calls and coordinating.
Experience with CLICKUP is strongly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization as well as externally with clients
High technical aptitude working with computer systems.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
