GenSigma seeks Managers/Supervisors/ Team Lead with BPO background interested in launching their careers as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Overview:
This role doesn’t revolve around typical administrative duties like email and calendar management. Instead, you’ll be directly assisting the CEO by focusing primarily on supporting their Business Development initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant with a demonstrated background in team leadership to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to support the CEO and contribute significantly to the growth and success of our organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a leadership role (RPO Lead, Team Lead, BPO Lead) is required.
Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational support.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Tasks: Implement and oversee lead generation strategies, working closely with relevant teams to drive business growth.
CEO Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to the CEO.
Business Development Assistance: Collaborate with the Business Development team, contributing insights and strategies to foster growth opportunities.
Project Management: Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and achieve organizational objectives
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required to support operational and business development efforts.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
