The Opportunity
Prime Living is growing its client base and we want to ensure the service to our clients is constantly improving. Therefore, we are looking for a positive, focused individual to assist both Directors (twin brothers) at the company.
Role Requirements – General
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a calm and focused way under pressure, adopting a flexible approach
Ability to consistently produce highly accurate work, in a very busy environment, with the minimum of supervision and a high-level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a self-managed way as well as working well within a team
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent time management across a range of activities
An individual who is hardworking, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and be able to adapt immediately to business requirements
Good computer skills and experience using Google Suite / Microsoft Office on a day-to-day basis as well as web-based applications
Key Responsibilities:
Being a first point of contact for enquiries and proactively managing routine matters on own initiative
Managing confidential and personal information appropriately
Screening, monitoring and prioritising of Directors emails, telephone calls and other correspondence
Be a point of contact for enquiries for the Directors through various channels, ensuring that all are responded to in a timely manner
Support the preparation of formal presentations
Maintain Director dashboard ensuring data correct and up to date for reporting purposes
Supporting the wider team in accordance with business objectives and advise of any issues arising
Booking and arranging travel and accommodation for the Directors for both business and pleasure
Booking restaurants and personal appointments for the Directors
Tracking and reconciliation of Director’s monthly expenses
Proofreading and formatting of company documents and presentations
Maintaining office systems and processes, including filing

Job Specifics
Expected start date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Normal Hours: Mon – Fri, 3am – 11am (GMT) so 11am – 7pm Philippines Standard Time
Hours per week: 40
Sick pay / holiday pay: None
Remuneration: 55000 – 65000 PH/PM
Notice period to terminate: 2 months
Experience:
EA: 3 years’ experience of providing PA/EA support at a Senior Director level
