Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for supporting senior management in two key areas: procedural writing and logistics coordination. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of Amazon and other marketplace logistics, as well as manage marketing initiatives and cart-buying strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Procedure Writing: Develop and document procedures and guidelines across various departments to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and distribution, to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
• Amazon and Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and fulfillment processes on Amazon and other online platforms.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Cart-Buying Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cart conversions and increase sales through effective merchandising and promotional tactics.
• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of projects.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or related industries.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools/software.
– Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
