Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile, highly organized, and motivated Executive Assistant / Operations Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. This role demands a jack-of-all-trades with real estate transaction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will be working directly with a fun and caring boss who values dedication and over-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, emails, and communications.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
Real Estate Transactions: Handle communication with buyers, organize inspections, and manage all aspects of real estate transactions.
Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns and content across multiple platforms.
Meeting Preparedness: Ensure all meetings have clear agendas, desired outcomes, and follow-up action items.
Process Development: Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repetitive tasks.
Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Team Coordination: Mentor, coach, and monitor other VAs and team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping duties and manage financial records.
File Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s files and documents efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Research and present new ways to improve company operations, systems, and communications.
Qualifications:

Real Estate Experience: Must have experience in real estate transactions, including handling communications with buyers and organizing inspections.
Organizational Skills: Ultra-organized with excellent time management skills.
Communication Skills: Highly competent communicator, both written and verbal.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various digital tools such as ClickFunnels, Skool, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Social Media Savvy: Experience in managing and implementing social media campaigns.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively manage tasks and solve problems independently.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing details and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle a fast-paced, changing environment.
Discretion: Sensitivity to confidential information and ability to handle it with care.
Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of others.

Benefits:
Full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800 – $2000 per month for the right candidate.
