Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our executive team in managing day-to-day operations across our wholesale real estate acquisitions, property management, and real estate mentorship and education businesses. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and agendas.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Project Coordination:
Assist in the coordination and execution of real estate acquisitions, including research, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
Support property management operations by coordinating maintenance requests, tenant communications, and lease agreements.
Assist in organizing and managing real estate mentorship and education programs, including scheduling sessions, managing materials, and communicating with participants.
Data Management:
Maintain organized databases of properties, contacts, and other relevant information.
Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting for real estate acquisitions and property management activities.
Help streamline processes and implement tools for improved data management and efficiency.
Communication and Liaison:
Act as a liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
Communicate effectively and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Assist in analyzing financial data, property performance metrics, and investment feasibility.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Must be willing to work CST: UTC?06:00 hours 7:45 AM to 6:PM and be flexible sometimes outside of that.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must but Phrase “Blue M&M’s” in cover letter to be considered
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field is a plus.
