Mission of Executive Assistant:

As an executive assistant, your core focus lies in anticipating needs through critical thinking, consistently staying a step ahead to make the executive’s life easier by planning in advance. In this capacity, you will serve as the right hand to the CEO, thriving on independence and requiring confidence and proactive initiative to act without constant direction. Your ability to streamline operations and act autonomously not only ensures a seamless workflow but also empowers the CEO to concentrate on strategic initiatives, knowing they have reliable, self-driven support.

Your responsibilities include:
Calendaring: Organizing and managing schedules efficiently.
Emails and Slack: Handling communication platforms effectively.
Meeting Support: Attending meetings, coordinating follow-up actions.
Podcasting Coordination & Research: Assisting in podcast logistics and research.
Content Management: Overseeing content editing and publication.
1 on 1 Coordination: Scheduling and organizing meetings with key team members.
Speaking Events: Assisting in planning and coordination for speaking engagements.
Appreciation Gestures: Sending thank-you notes and birthday acknowledgments.
Accountability Management: Supporting and holding the executive accountable.
Social Media Assistance: Assisting with social media posts when necessary.
Administrative Tasks: Performing basic administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

– Establishing Communication and Progress Tracking: Implement a structured reporting system through End-of-Day updates or regular progress reports.

During your initial month, you’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and guidance pivotal to your success in this role.
