Job Posting: Executive Assistant – Renjoy

Renjoy, a leading STR Management & Real Estate Brokerage company, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO – Jacob. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations, supporting key decision-makers, and helping us achieve our growth goals.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a unique blend of technology, real estate, and hospitality. Our three founders are deeply involved in the business and are committed to creating an exceptional experience for our clients and employees. Over the past 18 months, Renjoy has grown from 4 employees and 12 properties to over 12 employees in Colorado, over 45 amazing cleaning contractors, 15 incredible full-time virtual employees in the Philippines, over 115 listings on Airbnb, over 50 clients, and over 70 properties. We are growing quickly and effectively and plan to continue to do so.

About the Role

This position reports directly to our CEO providing comprehensive administrative support both personally and professionally. Our ideal candidate is a rock star assistant based in the Philippines with strong EA experience who can seamlessly integrate into our team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and special projects. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our short-term rental company by providing high-level administrative support to our CEO. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, facilitating communication, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Calendar management including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and calls.
2. Handle communication both internally and externally.
3. Track projects and tasks in Notion.
4. Help manage operations and maintain relationships with owners, clients, and vendors.
5. Find and schedule media opportunities on podcasts, blogs, and various social media channels
6. Work with various software platforms including, but not limited to, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, Rippling, Airtable, Guesty, Xero, Wise, , TopKey, Expensify, WordPress, Docusign, Loom, Miro, Lastpass, , Stripe, Softr, Pricelabs, KeyData, Brivo, Minut, Stayfi, Airbnb, VRBO, .
7. Prepare reports and business correspondences.
8. Special projects as assigned by the executives.

Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
2. Strong knowledge of Notion, Google Suite, Slack, email and calendar management
3. Familiarity with HR and finance tools such as Rippling is a plus. This role could help oversee our HR tool (like Rippling) and basic HR tasks. This role could also be the main point of contact for finding future virtual team members – from job posting to screening and interviewing.
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
6. Willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing company.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
8. Initiative and resourcefulness is critical to this role.

Working hours: 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday, Denver, Colorado, USA time zone.

Pay: $1050 USD per month. Paid 2x per month via Wise.
