This role will be focused on helping across multiple arms of the business including but not limited to personal assistant tasks, sales support/lead generation, product/market research, customer service/airbnb management, contractor interviewing/management, and more.
To qualify for the position, you will need experience in the following:
1. Personal assistant experience
2. Lead generation/sales prospecting
3. Deep research and analysis proficiency (products, markets, service providers, etc)
4. Proficiency with AI/ChatGPT, Slack, Telegram, and project management tools
Experience in the following is a plus, but not necessary
1. Social media management
2. SEO/ digital marketing
3. Photo/video editing
This role will start part-time (20 hours/week), and move to full-time (40 hours/week) once the employee passes the probation period. This role hours are flexible for the most part, but at least 2 hours per day must overlap with my hours.
Compensation will start at $650 USD/month and move to $750 following probation. You will be working directly with the owner of the business. This role has significant upside with performance-based salary increases, commission and revenue share. If we win, you win.
