This position is 100% remote so you can work anywhere in the world, although we are an immigration company if you’d like to move to Canada we can make that happen!

It is a marketplace that allows companies and individuals to find Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants to help with a wide variety of immigration application processing by streamlining and automating the immigration application process.

Our goal is to help make Canadian immigration a one-click process for all of our clients. Immigrate uses an online web portal to perform all aspects of the Canadian immigration process.

Executive Assistant (Sales Department)
Position: Full time

The Executive Assistant is the conduit for our Sales Team and a vital part of our hardworking team. The EA embodies skillful communication and effective problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:

*Calendar and schedule management: Maintain the manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, and manage meeting requests to optimize their time and ensure they stay organized.

*Travel arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation, for the manager and/or sales team when necessary.

*Document and data management: Assist with organizing and maintaining important sales documents, such as contracts, proposals, client information, and sales reports. This may involve creating, editing, and proofreading documents as needed.

*Correspondence and communication: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and messages, responding on behalf of the manager when appropriate or redirecting them to the relevant team members.

*Client relationship management: Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining client databases, updating contact information, and coordinating client meetings or events.

*Sales support: Provide support in sales-related activities, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Assist in coordinating sales meetings, tracking sales progress, and generating reports.

*Meeting coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary resources, materials, and attendees are in place. Take meeting minutes when required, distribute them to participants, and follow up on action items.

*CRM system management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to update client information, track sales activities, and generate sales reports. Ensure data accuracy and provide training to sales team members as needed.

*Reporting and analytics: Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, preparing sales performance reports, and providing insights to the manager to support decision-making processes.

*Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, and managing expense reports.

*Represent the company in a positive light through excellent follow-through skills and sound judgment

*Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times

*Other tasks as assigned
