We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with social media experience to support our founder in growing the business, launching new agency services, and building his personal brand.

This is your opportunity to be a foundational member of our team.

Key Role Responsibilities…

– Social Media Administration: help grow our founder’s personal social media by managing DMs, connections, engagement, and outreach processes

– Communication Support: monitor, respond to, and flag important communications for further action, ensuring timely and effective action

– Calendar Coordination: coordinate professional + personal calendars including scheduling, planning, and supporting related tasks

– Records Management: organize records and ensure proper storage, naming, and distribution

– Process Development: design, test, and document key processes to allow for quick scaling

Your Qualifications…
– 2+ years experience as an executive assistant to a founder or senior executive
– Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated + distraction free work space
– Tech savvy with the ability to learn software, systems, and platforms quickly
– Proficient with Google sheet capabilities and willing to learn more quickly

Tool Proficiency…
– Tasks & Notes: Asana, Notion
– Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
– Communication: Google Meet, Skype, Zoom
– Platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
– Bonus points for proficiency with: Airtable, Zapier, TexBlaze, chatGPT, Midjourney

Hours…
– 5:00AM ET – 1:00PM ET (Monday – Friday)
