Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media and Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.
Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, publishing, and community management.
Create engaging, high-quality content (including text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and audience.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategy and content.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate new techniques and features into strategy as appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, PR, and customer service) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
Implement strategies to grow the brand’s social media following and increase engagement rates.
Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks for success.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the social media landscape.
