About the Company:
I am a Career and Life Purpose Coach. My business is 4 years old, and my work has evolved since starting – Women’s Empowerment Coach, Liberation Coach, Life Coach, Impact Coach, Creative Leadership Coach are some titles I have had. Before starting my business I was a high school math educator and school leader, and I currently work part time as a consulting partner for an educational equity consulting company. I am passionate about making the world a better place, and helping people of all ages to believe in their dreams, make the world more beautiful with their gifts, and love who they are, what they do, and why they do it.
I am seeking an Executive Assistant to support social media and email marketing management for my team.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
– Social media strategy for audience growth and sales
– Social media scheduling via Metricool for clean and consistent branding
– High converting ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, & Google
– Leveraging AI tools for efficient and authentic content
– Graphic Design & Branding of client-facing resources (slide-decks, web images, PDFs, etc.)
An ideal candidate does not need to possess all of these skills, but has an authentic interest in learning and mastering them while working in a small start-up environment. You’ll be the first hire of the team – it’s essential that we build a strong working relationship, enjoy working together, and work hard and feel happy together.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
– Consistency in Clean, Branded, & Faultless Content
– Increase in audience engagement
– Audience growth (email list, social media followers)
– Increased conversion rates (click rates, registration, etc.)
– Meeting ad campaign goals for launches
START DATE:
March 1st, 2024
COMPENSATION:
This position will begin part-time @ 2 hours / day, or 10 hours per week and will be re-evaluated for increases in roughly 3-6 months of employment – or sooner – pending performance.
Salary is commensurate with experience @ $3 – $6 / hour or $132 – $264 / month.
